What We Offer:

Our Level III Residential Facility serves male youth by providing a highly structured, staff-secure, and therapeutically supportive environment designed to meet their complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Within this healing-centered setting, youth are supported through a range of trauma-informed therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing challenges such as disrupted family systems, mental health concerns, and involvement in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems. Our approach emphasizes safety, connection, and individualized care to promote resilience, emotional growth, and long-term stability.

Services provided:24/7 Supervision and Support
  • Constant staff presence comprised of Qualified Professionals and Associate Professionals
  • Highly structured daily routines including daily therapeutic activities
  • Crisis intervention and behavior management

Clinical and Therapeutic Services
  • Individual Therapy (Weekly)
  • Group Therapy (Minimum of four times per week)
  • Family Therapy (As appropriate and possible)
  • Medication Management (Minimum of monthly)
  • Individualized therapeutic treatment and goals to address trauma, life circumstances, diagnosis-specific challenges, and the member’s unique needs.

Case Management and Treatment Planning
  • Member-focused treatment plans based on assessments
  • Regular review and adjustment of goals
  • Coordination with child welfare, schools, courts, or juvenile justice systems
  • Completion of assessment addendums as needed and upon discharge
  • Discharge planning and placement search for recommended level of care
  • Linkages to outpatient services, school, and community supports

Educational Support
  • Access to educational resources through the local school system
  • Coordination with public school system including IEP/504 Plan support if needed
  • Tutoring or academic skill-building support from staff and external support if required

Life Skills Support
  • Daily living skills: hygiene, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, etc.
  • Social skills support and conflict resolution
  • Holistic health education through mental health groups led by Qualified Professionals and physical health groups led by on-staff nurse

Recreational and Enrichment Activities
  • Structured recreational activities (sports, art, game nights, etc.)
  • Opportunities for social engagement and community outings (when appropriate)
